His approach is truly “boots on the ground”—he personally vets each community to ensure a genuine fit for your needs . What sets James apart is his hands-on experience in hospice care, which has sharpened his ability to listen deeply and respond to the needs of both seniors and their families.I couldn’t recommend A Loving Home Senior Referral Agency more strongly for your senior living needs.
If you're seeking someone who truly understands and honors the journey—who patiently listens and finds the right fit every time—James is the expert you want by your side.

How it works
Step 1
It starts with a phone call or email. I'm ready to help you with any questions you have.
Step 2
I meet with you and your family to learn about what's important to you in a home. We talk about your ADL (activities of daily living) needs that you have now, and the needs you might have down the road. We discuss financial information so if Medicaid services are needed in the future, I will make sure the home you chose will work for the long term.
STEP 3
I gather all of the information and start looking at communities. I will set up tours that work around your schedule, and work with the communities that we tour to slowly introduce the two of you. I will be there with you to help with any questions that you have during and after the tour.
Step 4
We sit down together and talk about the communities to pick the one that best fits all of your needs so you can properly age in place. I will help with this transition through moving day, and follow up after for anything else you may need.

The cost varies from community to community. Independent living can be from $2000 to $4000 a month. Assisted living can range from $5000 to $9000. Memory is $7000 to $12000 a month. It all depends on how much help your loved one needs, and the community itself.
What services do you provide?
Most communities will provide the same type of services for your ADL needs. Meals, help with showers, medication management ect. But some services depending on the community can vary a little
How much staff turnover do you have?
This does vary from community to community as well.
What housekeeping and laundry services do you provide?
Housekeeping with most communities is usually once a week which includes laundry services for towels and linens. Memory care is different from assisted living on how they approach this and can include more.
